The scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal provided to the client prior to commencement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, and code — is the exclusive property of DRC Media and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission from DRC Media.
4. Client Work & Deliverables
Ownership of all creative deliverables produced for a client — including videos, graphics, written copy, and website assets — transfers fully to the client upon receipt of final payment in full. Until payment is received in full, DRC Media retains all rights to the work. DRC Media reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DRC Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or any services provided. DRC Media's total liability for any claim arising in connection with services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
